已經寫清楚了，安裝程序發現該目錄不是一個符號鏈接，所以他不繼續下去。
你的xorg的版本是多少，最新的php-extension要求xorg7.2，安裝程序認為你的xorg不完整。
要不然選擇正常升級到xorg7.2，要不然選擇在編譯的時候不編譯x11相關的東西，關於這個問題前面實在有很多帖子，查一查吧
解決辦法為：rm -R-f /usr/X11R6 ，然後繼續ports安裝即可

make WITHOUT_X11=yes install
