win8下系統默認占用80端口，導致apache無法打開。
以管理員權限運行c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32>net stop http
HTTP Service 服務已成功停止。

C:\WINDOWS\system32>sc config http start=disabled
[SC] ChangeServiceConfig 成功
打開注冊表：win+r鍵 輸入regedit
找到：HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\HTTP
在右邊找到Start這一項，將其改為0
重啟系統，System進程將不會再占用80端口
